Return & Refund Policy for PRINTURN

At PRINTURN, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that you will love. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

 


 

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unused and Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

  • With Original Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

  • Undamaged: The product should be free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event are not eligible for return.

  • Any product that has been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

 


 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at returns@printurn.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. In the subject line, please mention “Return Request for Order #[Your Order ID]”.

  3. In the email, please provide the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours with instructions for the reverse pickup.

 


 

4. The Return Process

  • Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule the pickup. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.

  • Self-Ship: In case reverse pickup is not available for your PIN code, you will need to self-ship the product to the address we provide. We will reimburse a standard shipping fee upon receiving the product.

 


 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will perform a quality check.

  • After the quality check is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account via NEFT. You will be asked to provide your bank account details for the transfer.

 


 

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product, you can return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.

 


 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@printurn.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference, at no extra cost.
